Zotero使用指南04：群组功能

同一个课题组往往会遇到文献共享的需求，此时可以使用Zotero的群组功能。我们可以创建群组并邀请其他人加入，也可以作为成员申请加入其他的群组，来分享彼此的文献。

4.输入群组名称、选择群组类型

一般我们选择第二种或第三种

注：如果申请的用户名(邮箱) 没有进行激活验证，则无法创建群组。

6.设置完成后，点击顶部的 Groups，然后在打开的页面中点击 Manage Members 管理群组成员

在这个页面中也可以点击 Manage Profile 或 ManageLibrary 对群组的相关设置进行调整。

7.点击 Send More Invitations 来发送邀请

8.输入被邀请人的用户名或 Email 地址，然后再点击 Invite Members即可。 （多个用户之间用英文逗号间隔）

对方在登陆Zotero网站后，点击 Group 会显示收到的群组邀请信息，点击 Join，即可加入群组。

4.在搜索结果中点击需要申请加入的群组名称，然后在打开页面的右侧点 击 Join 申请加入群组。
